90-Day Return Policy

Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.


We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Order Status

How do I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment from the time it leaves our facility to when it arrives at your door. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your customer account and viewing your current order status. If no tracking number is provided, then your shipment may not yet have left our facility, or the manufacturer or supplier who is shipping your item directly to you may not have supplied us with a tracking number. Changing / Cancelling an Order

Orders may be changed or cancelled in the following circumstances:

  • Before the order has been placed
    If you have not yet submitted your order online, you may change the contents of your shopping cart at any time, deleting items or adding items as necessary. Making sure your order is correct before you complete the checkout process is the best way to ensure a smooth fulfillment of your order without any delays.
  • After you have placed your order online
    If you make the decision to cancel after submitting your order, you may do so by logging into your account, navigating to your order and clicking 'cancel order'. If the order is marked as processing, we are already working on your order and payment has been received. In this case, please call Customer Service toll-free on 888-306-7377 and we will take the necessary steps to resolve to cancel or change your order for you..
  • Cancelling an order already in processing
    If your order has already been processed and is marked as shipped, you will need to contact Customer Service directly and speak with a representative. We will do our best to prevent your order leaving our facility or the manufacturer's facility. We will also take necessary steps to void or refund the order amount back to the card used to make the payment.

Retrieving your password

Account login passwords can be retrieved by clicking here and entering the email used to create your account. An email will be sent out to within 5 minutes, with a new password.
