Oklahoma Mandatory Posting Updates

  • 03/2022 - USERRA - The Oklahoma Department of Labor has released their Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) notice. The new notice reflects additional rights for individuals who voluntarily or involuntarily leave employment positions to undertake military service in the Oklahoma state military forces. The poster revision date is March 15, 2022
  • 09/2021 - Unemployment Insurance Benefits - The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission has updated their Unemployment Insurance Benefits notice. The updated notice reflects that employees can file unemployment insurance claims online. In addition, the notice has been reformatted and the website for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission has been updated. The poster revision date is September 29, 2021.
  • 08/2018 - Discrimination in Employment - The Oklahoma Office of Civil Rights Enforcement, a unit of the Attorney General's Office, has updated their Discrimination notice. The updated notice reflects formatting changes as well as new contact information for the agency. The poster revision date is August 17, 2018.
  • 03/2015 - Discrimination - The Oklahoma Department of Labor has updated their Discrimination Notice explaining when discrimination occurs and the types of discriminatory harassment and retaliation. The posting also includes updated contact information along with complaint form information. (Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 1302).

  • 03/2016 - Minimum Wage Act - The Oklahoma Department of Labor updated the Minimum Wage Act notice. Melissa McLawhorn Houston has been updated as the Commissioner of Labor.
  • 12/2015 - Oklahoma Occupational Safety and Health (Public) - The Oklahoma Department of Labor Public Employee Occupational Safety and Health Unit has updated their Public Employee Job Safety and Health Protection notice. The update includes the addition of a web address and the removal of references to the Oklahoma City Office in the contact information portion of the notice. Lastly, Melissa McLawhorn Houston has been added as the new Commissioner of Labor.
  • 12/2015 - Child Labor Law - The Oklahoma Department of Labor updated the Child Labor Law posting with the addition of section headers. The Commissioner of Labor's signature as well as all office location addresses have been removed from the bottom of the posting.
  • 09/2015 - Workers' Compensation - The Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Division has updated their Workers' Compensation notice. The updated notice has a new contact phone number for the Counselor Division to provide information to injured workers, employers, and other interested persons.
