We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. California Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 12/2018 - Workplace Discrimination and Harassment - The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing has updated their Workplace Discrimination and Harassment notice. The notice reflects that employers with 5 or more employees and all public entities must now provide training to all employees regarding the prevention of sexual harassment, including harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.

  • 12/2018 - Minimum Wage - The California Department of Labor & Industrial Relations has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The notice reflects adjustments of the state minimum wage on January 1, 2019 and January 1, 2020.

  • 05/2018 - Transgender Rights in the Workplace - The California Department of Fair Employment has made a change to the Transgender Rights in the Workplace notice. The notice has been updated to reflect a clarification regarding the use of workplace restrooms, locker rooms and similar facilities. The updated posting clarifies an employers obligation to provide an easily accessible unisex single-stall restroom for use by any employee desiring increased privacy. Additionally, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing has made an update to the Spanish version of notice. This update was previously made to the English notice in January 2018 and reflects changes to Sexual Harassment Training, and the number of employees affected. The poster revision date is 5/29/18.

  • 01/2018 - Fair Employment and Housing Act - The California Fair Employment and Housing Act has made a change to their Workplace Discrimination and Harassment notice. The changes are related to the language in the parental leave section as well as training for harassment. The effective date of this notice is January 1, 2018.

  • 11/2017 - Transgender Rights - The Department of Fair Employment and Housing has created the Transgender Rights in the Workplace notice. All California employers are required to display this new notice. The notice states that gender identity and gender expression are protected characteristics under the Fair Employment and Housing Act. The effective date of this notice is January 1, 2018.

  • 08/2018 - EDD - The California Employment Development Department has updated their EDD notice. The updated notice reflects a change to the online application platform, as well as formatting changes. The department recommends maintaining updated information, however, this update will not be mandatory until January 1, 2019.

  • 08/2018 - Unemployment Insurance - The California Employment Development Department has updated their Unemployment Insurance Benefits notice. The updated notice reflects wording and formatting changes, as well as a transition to the UI online application platform. The poster revision date is August 8, 2018.

  • 08/2018 - Workplace Discrimination - The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing has updated their Workplace Discrimination and Harassment notice. The updated notice reflects a change to verbiage regarding applicants. The poster revision date is August 8, 2018.

  • 06/2018 - Whistleblowers are Protected - The California Department of Industrial Relations has made a change to the "Whistleblowers are Protected" notice. The notice has been updated to clarify the protections that are afforded to Whistleblowers. The poster revision date is 6/28/2018.

  • 06/2017 - Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee - The Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) has updated their Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee notice. The DFEH has added a phone number and contact information for the hearing impaired. You may post any version of the Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee notice (DFEH-100-20) from April 2016 to the present. The effective date of the notice is June 1, 2017.
