Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. Washington Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 01/2018 -Your Rights as a Worker - The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries has updated their Rights as a Worker notice. The Washington State Department has added Paid Sick Leave to their notice. The effective date of this notice is January 1, 2018.

  • 01/2018 - Minimum Wage-The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The new notice now reflects that the Minimum Wage for 2018 will be $11.50 per hour. This change will become effective on January 1, 2018.

  • 09/2015 - Job Safety and Health Law - The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries has updated their Job Safety and Health Law notice. Information regarding reporting guidelines to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) have been updated . Any work-related non-hospitalized amputation or loss of an eye must be reported within 24 hours to DOSH. Additionally, employees may now request an L&I inspection and take part in the inspection without the consequence of loss of wages or benefits. Finally, the format of the posting has been updated along with a new publication date.




Washington Non-Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 12/2018 - Minimum Wage - The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $12.00/hour, effective on January 1, 2019. The poster revision date is December 19, 2018.

  • 10/2017 - Unemployment Insurance - The Washington State Employment Security Department has updated their Unemployment Insurance Benefits notice. The notice now states the new hours of operation for persons with hearing or speaking impairments are only available Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00am to 4:00pm. This change is effective October 2017.

  • 01/2017 - Unemployment Benefits - The Washington Employment Security Department has updated the Unemployment Benefits notice to remove the restrictions on making an online application for benefits. The URL for the WorkSource free resource for job hunting has been revised and the revision date has been updated to January, 2017.

  • 11/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries has updated their Minimum Wage posting to reflect changes to the effective date of the state minimum wage. The minimum wage rate of $9.47 per hour will continue to be effective beginning January 1, 2016. Additionally, the notice now contains an updated revision date and a new web address to receive additional information regarding Washington's Minimum Wage Law.

  • Written Safety Plans. These products are customized to your business, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.
