Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. Illinois Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 12/2018 - ISERRA - The Illinois Attorney General's Office has released the Illinois Service Member Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (ISERRA) notice. The new notice includes information on who is protected as well as rights, benefits and obligations under ISERRA. The poster revision date is December 4, 2018.

  • 10/2018 - Job Discrimination and Sexual Harassment - The Illinois Department of Human Rights has released their Job Discrimination and Sexual Harassment notice. The notice prohibits unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment and specifies protected classes. The poster revision date is October 5, 2018.


  • 11/2017 - The State of Illinois Department of Human Rights has prepared a new notice for Employment Rights. The notice makes workers aware of their rights under the state's Human Rights Act. This notice was released in February and was originally identified as a 'recommended' notice to post. After extensive legal due diligence and communication with the Illinois state government, that determination has been reversed and the notice is being considered 'mandatory' to post. The effective date of the notice is February 28, 2017.

  • 04/2017 - Pregnancy Rights Notice - The state of Illinois Department of Human Rights has updated the Pregnancy in the Workplace notice with updated information on the accommodation offered during pregnancy. A new department logo and updated workplace addresses have been added. The revision date has been updated to 2/2017.

  • 01/2015 - Illinois New Posting: Pregnancy and Your Rights in the Workplace - The State of Illinois, Department of Human Rights has issued a posting titled "Pregnancy and your Rights in the Workplace" for pregnancy accommodations.

  • 01/2015 - Job Safety and Health - The State of Illinois Department of Labor updated the Public Sector OSHA poster to reflect the new OSHA reporting requirements. Death or in-patient hospitalization of one (1) or more public sector employee(s) as a result of a work-related incident must orally be reported by telephone within eight (8) hours.

  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.

      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s).
