Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.   • 10/2018 - Sexual Harassment - The Delaware Department of Labor, Division of Industrial Affairs has released a Sexual Harassment notice. The notice extends protections to all individuals and further defines the types of protected classes. The poster revision date is October 1, 2018.

  • 10/2018 - Minimum Wage - The Delaware Department of Labor, Division of Industrial Affairs has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $8.75/hour, effective on January 1, 2019. The poster revision date is October 1, 2018.

  • 01/2017 - Discrimination - The Delaware Department of Labor Division of Industrial Affairs has updated the Discrimination notice to include several new protected classes. The revision date has also been updated to January 11, 2017.

  • 10/2016 - Discrimination - The Delaware Division of Industrial Affairs has updated the Department of Labor notice. The length of time to file for Charge of Discrimination has increased to 300 days and Blue Hen Corporate Center has been added as an office to receive additional information. Lastly, the revision date has been updated to 10/3/2016.

  • 10/2014 - Whistleblower - The Delaware Whistleblowers' Protection Act has been updated to state that an employer shall not discharge, threaten, or otherwise discriminate against an employee regarding the employee's compensation, terms, conditions, location, or privileges of employment because the employee reports verbally or in writing to the employer or to the employee's supervisor a violation, which the employee knows or reasonably believes has occurred or is about to occur, unless the employee knows or has reason to know that the report is false. Provided, however that if the report is verbally made, the employee must establish by clear and convincing evidence that such report was made.
