On August 25, 2011 the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued the final rule requiring nearly all private-sector employers to notify employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) by posting a notice. The deadline for this new mandatory posting is November 14th. However the posting is not yet available and is yet to be published, with an expected release date of November 1st.
