The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations updated the Youth Employment List notice. Clarification has been made with respect to who can issue work certificates (school official or their designees, or a parent of a home-schooled child). Acceptable working hours (for youths ages 14 and 15) from June 1 through Labor Day has been revised to read “during non-school term.” The email address for the Missouri Division of Labor Standards and the revision date have both been updated, and information has been added which states that the department is an equal opportunity employer/program.
