Mandatory Change to Arizona’s Minimum Wage Notice

The Industrial Commission of Arizona has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The revised notice, which is now referred to as the Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act, exhibits $10.00 per hour as the new minimum wage rate beginning January 1, 2017.

Mandatory Change to Minimum Wage Notice in Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Fair Labor Division has updated their Minimum Wage notice. Sections regarding Paystub Information, Pay Deductions, Hours Worked, Temporary Workers Rights, Domestic Workers Rights, Public Works and Public Construction Workers, work restrictions for minors under the age of 14 and Domestic Violence have been added. Additionally, the new revision date is 1/2017.

Mandatory Change to Kentucky’s Safety and Health on the Job Notice

The Kentucky Labor Cabinet has updated their Safety and Health on the Job notice. There shall be no retaliation of an employer to an employee for exercising any of their rights under the law, including raising a safety and health concern or reporting a work-related injury or illness. The new revision date is December 2016.

Mandatory Change to Maine’s Unemployment Insurance Notice: Maine Employment Security Law

The Maine Department of Labor Bureau of Unemployment Compensation has updated their Employment Security Law notice. All individuals filing for Unemployment Insurance benefits are required by law to be registered with the Maine JobLink. The format of the notice has been updated along with a new revision date of 12/16.

Mandatory Change to New York Minimum Wage Notice

The New York Department of Labor has updated their Minimum Wage notice. Beginning December 31, 2016 the minimum wage will increase to $9.70 per hour. The notice also includes individual wage rates for large and small employers in New York City and Long Island. The revision date of the new notice is 12/16.

Mandatory Change to Alaska’s Minimum Wage Notice
