Important change to Oklahoma Child Labor Law Notice

  • 25th July 2011

Oklahoma put into effect its new regulations on the employment or minors, a mandatory posting included as a part of our Oklahoma Labor Law Posters. In addition to a change in Employment Certificate information, this revised mandatory posting also adds ‘Youth peddling’ to the list of  Prohibited Occupations. This is a significant change and employers in Oklahoma are strongly advised to update their existing Oklahoma Labor Law Posters.
