Mandatory Change to New Mexico’s Discrimination Notice

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions Human Rights Bureau updated the Discrimination posting with a new layout. Information pertaining to the New Mexico Human Rights Act has been added which prohibits discrimination on protected categories in the areas of employment, housing, credit, and public accommodations, and prohibits retaliation for complaining about discrimination in any of these areas. Information has also been added on enforcement agency responsibilities and procedures for filing a complaint of discrimination. A fax number has been added and the revision date has been updated.

Effective date: 12/15/15
