Idaho Mandatory Discrimination Notice Update

The Idaho Commission of Human Rights has updated the Discrimination Notice to now include additional protected classes. Also, under the law, employees cannot be retaliated against for exercising their rights. Additional contact information has been provided and updated. The revision date has been updated to 3/1/2017.

Illinois Mandatory Pregnancy Rights Notice Update

The state of Illinois Department of Human Rights has updated the Pregnancy in the Workplace notice with updated information on the accommodation offered during pregnancy. A new department logo and updated workplace addresses have been added. The revision date has been updated to 2/2017.

Mandatory Nevada Updates to Min. Wage and Daily Overtime Bulletins

Minimum Wage Bulletin (Mandatory)
The State of Nevada’s Department of Business & Industry, Office of the Labor Commissioner has updated their Minimum Wage Annual Bulletin to reflect the July 1st, 2017 effective date for the Nevada Minimum Wage. Additionally, the address for the Office of the Labor Commissioner has been updated for Las Vegas.
Daily Overtime Bulletin (Mandatory)
The State of Nevada’s Department of Business & Industry, Office of the Labor Commissioner has updated their Daily Overtime Annual Bulletin to reflect the July 1st, 2017 effective date for the daily overtime rates. Additionally, the address for the Office of the Labor Commissioner has been updated for Las Vegas.

 

Mandatory Change to New York Minimum Wage Notice

The New York Department of Labor updated the Minimum Wage posting. Effective 12/2016, the Call-in pay states that if you go to work as scheduled and your employer sends you home early, you may be entitled to extra hours of pay at the minimum wage rate for that day.
