The Alaska Department of Labor & Workforce Development has updated their Unemployment Insurance Notice to Employees with a new website and email address, along with other minor changes. The State of California Department of Industrial Relations has updated their Safety and Health Protection on the Job posting to reflect a new San Francisco Regional Office. A July 2014 revision date has been added. Nebraska updates its Unemployment Insurance Notice. New Poster Required!

The Nebraska Department of Labor has updated their Unemployment Insurance Advisement of Benefit Rights with additional regulations for obtaining unemployment insurance. For example, a claimant who has drawn benefits for over six weeks will be required to expand the scope of the job search regarding acceptable hours, wages, conditions, locations, and type of work.
