New Mandatory NLRA Posting Required after April 30th, 2012
On August 25, 2011 the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued the final rule requiring nearly all private-sector employers to notify employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) by posting a notice. The deadline for this new mandatory posting is April 30th, 2012. Our posters now include the new mandatory NLRA notice in the required 11" x 17" size.

All employers in the United States are required to post State and Federal Government issued Labor Law Postings. Labor Law Postings may provide employees with specific information on topics such as State Minimum Wage, Discrimination in the Workplace or the Federal Minimum Wage and Family Medical Leave Act. These postings muct be displayed in areas where employees congregate such as a breakroom.
