Note: On September 29th, 2009 the wording on the Ohio Minimum Wage Posting was revised. While the Ohio Minimum Wage rate did not change, the revised wording of the Posting requires employers to update their Ohio Minimum Wage Order. The Wage Order regulates wages, hours, overtime and working conditions for employees. The new Wage Order supercedes any previous Wage Order and is a mandatory posting for all businesses in Ohio. All employers must comply with state laws regulating payment of minimum wage, overtime and general working conditions.
Do I need to post?
The State of Ohio and the Federal Government require employers to post State AND Federal Labor Law Poster Postings in each facility where employees and applicants can view them. Failure to comply with Ohio Labor Law Posting regulations can result in fines. Our Ohio Labor Law Posters are up-to-date and attorney approved.
