The Washington Minimum Wage Order regulates wages, hours, overtime and working conditions for employees. On January 1st 2009, the Washington Minimum Wage will increase from $8.07hour to $8.55/hour. Colorado Minimum Wage Increase - January 1st 2009
The Colorado Minimum Wage Order (number 25) regulates wages, hours, overtime and working conditions for covered employees. On January 1st 2009, the Colorado Minimum Wage will increase from $7.02/hour to $7.28/hour. The new Wage Order (number 25) supercedes any previous Wage Order and is a mandatory posting for all businesses in Colorado. Tipped employees shall be paid $4.26/hr. Employees must be paid overtime after 12 hours per day, or 40 hours per week.

San Francisco Minimum Wage Increase 2009
On January 1st 2009, The San Francisco Minimum Wage will increase from $9.36/hour to $9.75/hour. Every January 1, the San Francisco minimum wage increases by an amount corresponding to the prior year's increase, if any, in the Consumer Price Index for urban wage earners and clerical workers for the San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, CA metropolitan statistical area.
This increase applies to all employees who perform at least 2 hours of paid work within the geographic boundaries of the city of San Francisco. This includes both full and part time workers, adults and minors. The new minimum wage applies to employees working in both permanent and temporary positions.

California EDD - December 2008
Changes have been passed to the California Employment Development Department, which includes the Unemployment Insurance, Disability Insurance and Paid Family Leave Act postings.

Arizona Unemployment Insurance - October 2008
If an employee becomes unemployed, they may be entitled to unemployment benefits under the Arizona Unemployment Insurance act (October 2008). All employers must comply with state laws and post the new Unemployment Insurance posting where employees congregate.

Virginia Job Safety and Health Protection - September, 2008
The Virginia Job Safety and Health Protection provides job safety and health protection for workers in Virginia. The purpose of the law is to provide safe and healthful working conditions throughout the state. This posting is a mandatory posting and must be displayed in a prominent place in the establishment to which your employees normally report to work.

New Federal Labor Law Poster
On August 1st, 2008, an update to the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) was released by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. This new posting is mandatory for all businesses with 15 or more employees, and includes changes in Discrimination Categories, Accommodations for Disabilities, Equal Pay for Equal Work and more. Further changes are new information on meeting timelines for filing discrimination charges and a language change regarding reasonable accommodations for employees and applicants with disabilities.
Note: This poster is also required for state and local governments and education institutions that employ 15 or more individuals, as well as certain federal contractors and programs receiving federal financial assistance.
