New Mandatory NLRA Posting Required April 30, 2012
On August 25, 2011 the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued the final rule requiring nearly all private-sector employers to notify employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) by posting a notice. The deadline for this new mandatory posting is April 30, 2012. Our posters now include, and are shipping with, the new mandatory NLRA notice in the required 11" x 17" size.

Not later than December 7, 2011, each employee must also be provided a written copy of the notice or, for employees hired after November 7, 2011, a written copy of the notice must be provided at the time of the employee's hiring.
