State Labor Law Updates

• New Jersey Employer Obligation to Maintain and Report Records (Effective 11/2011): This is a new Mandatory Posting for the State of New Jersey. All employers in New Jersey are required to post this notice. This notice must be conspicuously posted. Not later than December 7, 2011, each employee must also be provided a written copy of the notice or, for employees hired after November 7, 2011, a written copy of the notice must be provided at the time of the employee's hiring.
