Note: On July 2th 2009, the Missouri Minimum Wage will increase from $7.05/hour to 7.25/hour. The Missouri Minimum Wage Order regulates wages, hours, overtime and working conditions for employees. The new Wage Order supercedes any previous Wage Order and is a mandatory posting for all businesses in Missouri. All employers must comply with state laws regulating payment of minimum wage, overtime and general working conditions.
