USERRA Labor Law Poster
Employers are required to provide to persons entitled to the rights and benefits under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), a notice of the rights, benefits and obligations of such persons and such employers under USERRA. Employers must provide the notice, “Your Rights Under USERRA”, by posting it where employee notices are customarily placed.
Equal Employment Opportunity "It's The Law" Labor Law Poster
The EEOC posting was revised in November of 2009 to include the new GINA (Genetic Information Non-Disclosure Act). All covered employers are required to post the Equal Employment Opportunity "It's The Law" posting. New GINA requirements apply to private, state, and local government employers with 15 or more employees. Labor unions, employment agencies, joint labor-management training programs, as well as Congress and federal executive branch agencies must also comply with GINA requirements.
Employee Polygraph Protection Act Labor Law Poster
Under the Act, the Secretary of Labor is directed to distribute a notice of the Act's protections, to issue rules and regulations, and to enforce the provisions of the Act. The Act empowers the Secretary of Labor to bring injunctive actions in U.S. district courts to restrain violations, and to assess civil money penalties up to $10,000 against employers who violate any provision of the Act.
OSHA Posting (Job Safety and Health Protection)
The OSHA posting is mandatory for all employers engaged in business affecting commerce. It does not apply to federal, state or political subdivisions of states. |
