New Mandatory NLRA Posting Required April 30, 2012
On August 25, 2011 the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued the final rule requiring nearly all private-sector employers to notify employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) by posting a notice. The deadline for this new mandatory posting is April 30, 2012. Our posters now include, and are shipping with, the new mandatory NLRA notice in the required 11" x 17" size.

The maximum hours of work chart on the poster is limited to 14 and 15 year-old minors. The revised poster also covers the minimum wage for minors of $7.25 per hour, and the "opportunity wage" of $5.90 per hour for the first 90 days of employment.
