New Mandatory NLRA Posting Required April 30, 2012
On August 25, 2011 the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued the final rule requiring nearly all private-sector employers to notify employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) by posting a notice.The deadline for this new mandatory posting is April 30, 2012.
